Opportunities for
Nurses
Caring One established its first call center in Iloilo City in February 2024, we since opened a second site to meet the demands of our US Healthcare clients. The company offers employment opportunities to recent nursing graduates, including those seeking experience prior to potential emigration for overseas work. Working at Caring One can be an appealing option in both scenarios, as it enables graduates to apply and enhance their medical knowledge within a professional call center environment serving U.S.-based clients.
NOTE: Caring One does not provide clinical services to U.S. patients, as its nurse employees are not licensed in the United States.
Compensation
Caring One provides a competitive salary and benefits package, with additional opportunities to earn productivity- and quality-based bonuses. Comprehensive health insurance and other government-mandated benefits are included.
In addition to nursing roles, Caring One employs non-nurse professionals as Customer Service Representatives. Candidates with previous call center experience can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, with additional opportunities to earn productivity- and quality-based bonuses. Comprehensive health insurance and other government-mandated benefits are included.
For call center personnel required to work night shifts in the Philippines to align with daytime hours in the United States, a night shift differential of ten percent (10%) is applied to their compensation.
Contractual Commitment for Nurse Immigration Program
Caring One has established a program to support nurses interested in pursuing a career in the USA by assisting with immigration and placement. Nurses are required to sign a contract committing to working for Caring One for two years. After this period, employment may continue if both parties agree.
Graduates seeking to emigrate and work as nurses in the USA can also work at Caring One while fulfilling the necessary emigration requirements. Since clinical experience is often needed for emigration and Caring One does not offer clinical services, nurses will need to obtain this experience after completing the two-year commitment.
During the two-year period, Caring One covers the costs associated with obtaining an RN designation, as well as NCLEX preparatory courses and exam fees. These expenses are deducted gradually from the nurse’s salary and held in escrow. Upon successful completion of the two-year employment term, the deducted amounts are reimbursed to the nurse.
